Coantec 2026 Annual Conference: “Rising Against the Tide, Uniting for Renewal”

On March 23, 2026, Coantec held its annual conference in Shenzhen under the theme “Rising Against the Tide, Uniting for Renewal.” Employees and distributor partners from around the world gathered for the company’s first annual event in three years.

 

01 Gathering: A Warm Reunion  

Guests began arriving in the evening. As they signed in, background music and a company video played, creating a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Old colleagues and partners reconnected with handshakes and hugs after years apart.

 

02 Opening: Lion Dance Celebration  

The event kicked off with a countdown and a humorous video that drew energy from the crowd. A traditional lion dance followed. The “lion” plucked symbolic greens—a gesture meaning good fortune—marking hopes for strong sales and company growth. The hosts then officially opened the conference.

 

03 Keynote: Three Years of Focus  

General Manager Zheng Yundong took the stage. He explained that the company had not held an annual conference for three years, not from a lack of effort, but because the team had dedicated that time to developing a product that could truly stand out in the market.

 

“Over these three years, to meet deadlines and solve technical challenges, everyone here worked day and night—putting in countless hours and unwavering effort,” he said. “Now, we have delivered.” Reflecting on the journey, he noted that his early vision had matured into a deeper respect for the craftsmanship required to build a great product.

 

At the end of his speech, Mr. Zheng unveiled two new products: the BLX and the M40.  

“Today is a milestone for our company,” he said. “For the industrial endoscope industry, it’s a historic day—because from now on, the standards of this industry will be led by Coantec, and we will continue to push them forward.”

 

04 Honors: Recognizing Contributions  

The annual Outstanding Employee awards were presented first. Mr. Zheng gave certificates to team members in recognition of their dedication over the past year.  

This was followed by the Outstanding Partner awards. Distributor representatives from across the country came on stage to receive their honors. Mr. Zheng personally presented trophies, thanking them for their continued partnership.

 

05 Evening Gala: Performances and Celebration  

The evening featured a mix of performances and prize draws, all delivered by Coantec team members. The program included an opening dance, a marketing department performance, sand art, a vocal solo, and group dance numbers.

 

06 Looking Ahead: A Shared Future  

The conference closed with remarks from the hosts.
